Should BHW allow more replies on a BST per 24 hours?

So obviously replying more than once per 24 hours would be terrible and would mess up the bumping system in place. More than half of you probably won't read this section and instantly say "NO" to prevent bumping, but I want a custom feature that replies and DOES NOT bump.

But, if you are a seller, you run into people asking questions on your thread, and you have to make a separate PM just to answer them... If we could make the reply public on the thread without bumping it, it would answer further questions asked by potential clients.

QUESTION:

Should we implement a reply feature that allows sellers to answer questions asked on the BST but does NOT bump it?

**We need a system to where we can reply to client questions asked on our thread, but does not bump it. At the same time, we should still be allowed to reply once every 24 hours. (This one, allowing a bump).

How about adding a FAQ in sales thread?

And disabling signature if someone creates too much threads/replies too much.

If people needed a question answering urgently, they wouldn't post in your thread they would PM you.

I preferred your stupid idea of hand shake gifs, and I thought that was fucking stupid.

Because I buy on here and I don't want some retard who resells facebook likes bumping their third rate thread all day distracting me from the sellers who have been here for years and actually know the rules or are too busy actually servicing their clients instead of farming off their work to chinese click farms via 3 other resellers.

By that suggestion, if you get 15 questions asked over a 24 hour period, you'd want to make 15 replies?

All that would encourage is fake accounts being used to ask questions, thus bumping BST threads.

I mean, if sellers are paying to promote their BST, don't you think sellers should be able to reply to the buyer however method the seller wants? If they comment on the BST and ask a question, we should be able to respond publicly as well but just not bump it. (Add like a custom reply feature on the clients question).

No. Lots of sellers answer via PM, then quote that answer the next time they post, so others can see the reply. Works currently.

Yes, the system works. But doing this, would eliminate you having to separately PM someone, also, this will reduce repetitive questions.

That's a broad assumption. I read it and still think it's not necessary, the system works fine as-is.

There is no doubt about it. Adding a simple reply feature that posts the answer to the users questions publicly but not bumping would be 100% more efficient.
