A link shortener won't work with FB as FB follows the link to the end so FB will actually see your site.

You'll need a bunch of different accounts with a bunch of different domains if you are going to try and market via groups.

Buy a domain, link shorteners are total spam

If you are selling clothes in your own shop why need a URL shortener? It seems you would just create a free FB page for the clothes with the normal URL.

Anyway, if you host on a CPanel server it likely has Softaculous installed with a group of free website scripts. In those scripts there is a URL shortener named YOURLS that is free.

Remember, as BassTrackerBoats said, it is not the URL script that is looked at by FB, it is the destination page that they check for porn and other violations of their policies.

Buy your own and run one, that way you know its always good content - since its your own. As for a script, someone here may recommend one.
