[Shopify & PayPal] Unable to authorize PayPal Express Checkout

Cheers everyone,

I recently started my first shopify store and got my first sells.Credit Card payment via stripe worked perfectly but conserning PayPal there is a problem.The payment is accepted and listed in my shopify store but PayPal says that their algorithm has forbidden these transactions.They also refused to give me the exact reason due to privacy protection.But said it comes from the buyers.

How is your experience or are your thoughts about this?
And do you know a method to optimize this?

Have you got any other payment services setup?

Try with a test order yourself a product maybe is really a customer issue

I only have PayPal and Stripe.Stripe works perfectly.

Thanks! I did it and it totally worked.So it will be probably a customer issue.I will contact shopify to change their buy confirmation settings, so that this false information won't come anymore.Thanks again for your commitment!

I use both Paypal & Stripe and everything works smoothly. I have a track record with PP though so that might help my score.
