im starting a instagram social media agency im using shopify to sell my services but im stuck in the process of sitting up my website.

how do I make the customer fill out some answers (ie IG account/password) before they send the payment.

or how can i send a email automatically after someone has purchased a package from my site?

Go into the en.json language file and update the address placeholder text to what information you need from the customer.

Emails are sent automatically by Shopify after the order is made.
