We need a developer to setup cloaking software for us.

Woocommerce --> Shopify:

Site A Checkout fill in details --> on back-end fill in same details in Site B Checkout, and then activate the 'payment page'

Have seen this with some competitors, not sure how? With PHP? Webhooks? Api?

it seems you require cloaking of your payment processor, if you want to cloak either stripe or paypal and if your site is built on wordpress site , i can help you out
