Let the customer choose if they are international, UK, Ireland or Europe then gives them options for how much delivery will cost. The cost will have to be based on the weight of the products - can set the weight at 5 grams per item.

Free apps... Shopify? Good luck with that.

But why do you need an app for this? This is just the shipping settings. You can adjust everything that you're talking about there.

You don't need it. You can just set up the prices manually? Add a few dollars extra to be safe. The Royal Mail app is just if you ship with Royal Mail.
