Every CPA company is shaving, so it's pretty hard to make 3k per day with CPA. Maybe if you are promoting offers that get you like $50-$100 per lead and you get a lot of conversions.
But it's also a good thing that they shave, because if they wouldn't, more and more people would make lots of money from CPAs and this type of promotion would get saturated pretty fast.
Because of shaving (even if they don't know about it), more than 95% of CPA newbies give up on this money-making method and try something else.
