Shared proxies and captchas

I invented a better way to encrypt, really more mathematician than computer scientist, and like many, cannot afford all the rotating proxies and capthcas to get around robot blockers. A fellow IT sys admin pointed out "most watched" lists for people who over-randomize. I can use an eccentric formula, but the problem is, unless you "share the wealth", the spammer population is not doing well because the DOD, Facebook, and others proactively thwart the efforts of even single posts that make the FBI of FB look bad.

I am a PHP programmer with PBN and a license for Loopline Scrapebox and permission to put on cloud, as well as GSA website form submitter. I am looking for a barter system where IP's, maybe even cell phone numbers can be exchanged on the back end for a growing network that will overwhelm collapsing anti-spam interests as they are losing money.
