Setup for restricted niches on Google Ads

Hey BHW, seeking advice for a cloaking setup on GAds. Could you please provide some guidance?

Here's my current setup:
- Cloaker
- DolphinAnty/Multilogin
- Static proxy
- VCC
- Phone number
- Outlook

I have a few questions regarding the setup:

1. Do you pay for all associated infrastructure (VPS, domain name, etc.) using the same VCC?
2. Does the choice of proxy used to purchase the VPS/domain name matter when continuously using Google accounts?
3. Any insights on corporate setup (LLC or other, and location) would be appreciated.
