Sorry if I put this in the wrong section.
Anyways, people constantly buy bing ads accounts from me (or bing ads VCC). The problem is it is VERY hard to find a VCC that works with Bing. Even those that do, there is a very high risk of ban just due to "fraudulent payment method".
I found an alternate method and it works amazing. However it is more expensive to set up. You will need:
-High Quality Private US Proxy
-Verified US PayPal account
-Microsoft/Bing Account
Basically this method aims to pay for bing ads with paypal. Although it is more expensive, you can redeem the coupon and you will almost never get banned for bad payment method. Please note that paypal payments are only available in the US and must be used on "prepay" accounts.
1. The first step is to buy a verified paypal account. These usually go for around $50-$60 (Not exactly sure about this, but at least this is what I sell them for). Make sure it is fully verified with a VCC and VBA attached.
2. Buy a high quality private US proxy. There are many proxy providers on the marketplace, and I will not get into how to use a proxy.
3. I've found that you don't really need an aged microsoft account. I've made multiple accounts on brand new bing accounts (signed up via google), and all of them have been working fine.
So now that you have created your bing ads account, go to "add a payment method". Then click "add paypal" and connect your paypal account. It will ask you how you want to pay (either via your bank or your VCC). Make sure to select the bank option. Now your account should be linked.
To fund your account, simply click 'add funds' on the billing page of bing and pay via your paypal balance. It's seriously as simple as that. The only part is that verified paypals are pretty costly, but it will be better in the long run.
Your account lifespan obviously depends on how you use it. Use it for WH ads and you will almost NEVER get banned. Use it for cloaking and you will get banned eventually and have to start all over again.
I've also used a $100 coupon and it works completely fine.
