I have created a SERP scraper a while ago for a client [For email scraping], Now I just want to know what else can this program be used for ?
better question: what data do people/marketers benefit from a SERP ?

Can you give more insight about your scraper? I'm looking to scrape mails using different keywords or google maps locations and I really need a starting point :)

cold emails sounds good but do you have any idea how to send thousands of emails with no restrictions?

There is no short answer.
Search on YouTube or pay someone to prepare everything for you...but there is no guarantee of success.
