Hi all
My workplace are beginning to panic... we had an old client facing brand which became registered on the Google Local Listings and was subject to a lot of poor reviews... they had to run a huge internal campaign to get more customers to write positive ones.
So, they've just relaunched the main corporate site which Google seem to have indexed and again added a local listing box with the address and review box!
Question is how can we replace the local listing with the knowledge graph/answer box?
Is it as 'simple' as getting the authority from a place like a wikipedia page?
Thanks
