Many answer posting site is available on google. like that Quora answer post site, answer.yahoo.com site, etc. If your answer will be an unique then you will get more viewers. so if you wanted to do SEO then you should create an answer posting account.

I will say personally I think Yahoo Answers is a waste of time, and is more than likely going to die / is dead already.
