Can GSA SER create Tier 1 links to money site. I have it and most of the posts I read say it should not be used for this purpose. If anyone knows differently I would like to hear about it. Once is gets going GSA is the easiest software in the world to use.

Yes, you can use GSA to create 1st tier links, but you must have proper SEO knowledge to understand what you are doing. Without knowledge of SEO one may get finger crossed.
