SEO Selling In India - Tips

Guys Need your help in selling seo services, I just started seo business, I am outsourcing work from some vendor. I am trying to sell seo services to local business in my country but things are not working good. If i have 100 prospect who are interested in seo service i hardly close 3peoples out of 100.

Mainly clients ask,

1) How many years old is your company ?
2) How many employees are working in your company ?
3) So far how many website seo you have done ?
4) Can you show me your clients site which is ranking in google first page ?
5) Can you share case study of your clients ?
6) Within how many days you can rank my keywords in first page ?
7) If i pay you what's the guarantee that my keywords will come in first page ?
8) How many clients you own ?
9) Can i have some reference of your clients ?
10) Why your website is not ranking for seo services in India ?
11) You dont have page rank for your website ?
12) how can you rank our site if you are not ranking ?

Please help me with this question, Can we get some alternates for reference and reports, As it get difficult for startup seo business to sell services.

Don't sell SEO. Offer it as an add-on.

Sell website packages + SEO + PPC + media buys as a whole package.

Look for people that are already advertising on the newspaper.

Become Google Adwords Certified.

Become Google Local Certified.

Honestly though, if you can't figure this out you shouldn't be running a business just yet. Try to work for other SEO companies to learn the ropes.

Thank you for the feedback, I just started business - My main concern is referrals, case studies. I have signed up few clients but atleast it will take few month to ranks them and show them as reference to new clients.
