Is that action for ranking your KW in SERP? Then it would be more action to do IMHO ^^.

Kindly I make a checklist with my bucket account, any action i should take for white hat SEO are :

1. Creating Content in my Money Site with targeting keywords
2. Building internal link, such as article with my tier 2/3 targeting keyword
3. Posting on Social Bookmark.
4. Posting on Social Share (such as FB, Twitter, Pinterest etc)
5. Answering the comment
6. And keep the content update
