1. So I have picked up a few expired domains with links from reuters, medium and other big sites. My money site is not related to the niches of the domains. Is redirect these domains to my MS valuable? The competition in my niche is very low...

Or is it worth rebuilding the linked pages and linking to my site within those pages?

2. If I redirect these domains...will google count the links from authority sites as a backlink for my MS?

3. About anonymising pbn sites... is cloudflare enough or is it mandatory to host on different servers?

4. Should I connect pbn sites to webmaster tools or use G Analytics? I didn't think this is necessary because I just want them for the authority.

5. Is it safe to host pbn on blogger?

Any input would be greatly appreciated...

yeah offcourse but maintain a good hosting ..

& write unique content..

Don't 301 Redirect If Domain Is Not Related To Your Niche Use Them As PBN
Cloudflare Enough If You Using 2-3 Domain Else You Have To Use Different Hosting
You Can Add You PBN In Webmaster & Analytics But You Need Different Account For Each
You Can Use Blogger But Keep In Mind It's Google Platform

If you just redirect expired domains to your Money Site then there are lots of chances to get penalised as you are doing it in bulk but if you manage those expired domains as legit websites with quality content then you might get SEO benefits for sure however no one can guarantee you about the same.

what about if we keep PBN site as a Site-wide links to our money site..?

The idea of a PBN is to hide it from Google....... "Should I connect pbn sites to webmaster tools or use G Analytics"

1. yes rebuilding would be worth it as chances are then the old links will stick. if you 301 they will likely be removed by the sites soon as they see its not the site they originally linked to.
2. that would also work yes but its more short term i guess
3. cloudflare sucks for PBNs. many people make the mistake of using it, but think about it cloudflare is a monitoring network that also records attacks and spam. better use different IPs.
4. you dont have to, its up to you. i wouldnt use analytics but GWT can give you some good insights. first i was paranoid about connecting anything from google to my PBNs, but hiding in the open is also a good tactic. never had problems on my PBNs with GWT.
5. wouldn't host my PBN with google ;) although it should work. just personally i wouldn't do it.

I wasn't planning on do it...just wanted to make sure

Let me reply in order of questions:
1) Long term and business wise I would go for rebuilding the domains rather than redirecting them
2) Yes, but you won't get all the juice. 301 redirects ony pass about 70% of the link juice
3) Different hosting is a must if you do not want to leave any footprints. Don't get lazy or try to spare a few bucks, it's not worth it
4) I would never do that- it's a huge risk to your PBN sites. There are tons of plugins that check the website traffic and provide some visitors data - and most of them are free
5) Again, I would never ever do that

These questions have been answered so many times... we should make a PBN bible with all te questions answered on BHW.

Considering that I've sent most of my budget on the domains... Would 1 server with different ips be fine? If not, is shared hosting OK?

1 server with different IPs means most likely seo hosting - if you want to keep it cheap - so a big NO (exception if you buy hosting from a reputable provider and pay for extra ips but that will cost more than budget hosting)

shared hosting is ok as long as you buy from various hosting companies - if you get a shared hosting account with whm again a big NO

Let me help you and provide you with a list of cheap hosting providers:
interserver.net
bestwebhosting.co.uk
hosthex
hostinger.com
hostinit.com
tmdhosting.com
