If you have a big budget you can hire one of the agency type services from here - I think @t0mmy , @LukaB or someone like that.

If you have a tight budget then take time to educate yourself first before you jump in to buying services for your site.

Rest assured though, this place contains more quality info and knowledgable people than anywhere else on the internet when it comes to SEO.

The price of a SEO services dosen't reflect the quality unfortunetly, many times you could just go to fivver and buy the same for 10x cheaper.

Yes that's true, I agree. But as a general rule I think it does here, or at least it's something to use as a starting point.

I've found there's a lot of good services here. The key to keeping risk down is to manually create quality tier 1 links then outsource the tier 2 and 3. There's a lot of services that are crap for tier 1, but gold for tier 2/3.

Satisfaction may depend on what you choose. It’s important to choose carefully.

The message from you should be about quality service. Definitely, it will reflect on your result.

If you're the "quality" choice, you can't also be the "inexpensive" choice. It's one or the other in the mind of the consumer because the two concepts are viewed as opposite ends of the marketing spectrum.

Many customers improved their ranking with BHW service.

100% true. I am in the same boat. I'd go consultant route mixed with BHW. Or if you really want to be master of your domain then have the consultant build out your own PBN. This is what we are doing now. Tired of nit wits not delivering, rankings spiking up and down, and stress.
