SEO for my authority site after google update

Hello everyone,
I have auhority site with 100posts. It is in weight loss/healthy eating niche and its 5months old. Few month ago I have found SEO contractor who working for me, but this is not I like because I like to work SEO alone and not spending money for that kind of service because I have motivation and time for that.

Now my site rankings are bad because off bad optimitization. Now I want to make all my 100 keywords (each article has own keyword) on top 3 in google. But before I start doing I need help from you guys who know how to do that. So please help me and tell me practicaly(provide me with some backlinking strategy plan or marketing plan) and theoretical how to build links and make my keywords better rankings. Please say something about how to use facebook and twitter for better rankings which are very important now after update

What I would like to get is backlinking and marketing plan arranged by days. To sum up I need a discipline and plan.

Very complex issue. List out all the back linking strategy and post here so I can help you to make a good portfolio. My advice will be keeping everything natural! Don't try to do excess of anything which cause you negative SEO!

You want to start from the beginning.
So to do that you need to have a complete guideline, not any discrete information.
Otherwise you never know what gonna happen.

I have few directory listings and few article submision already done, but I want to have a backlinking plan

even doing the work yourself will cost you money still, you need funds for fresh articles and captchas as well as some subscription services

I would say that build only high PR backlinks first and diversify your anchor text while doing that.

Authority of a site is not by the article numbers (100 in your case). You may want to read cash202 thread on backlinking strategy. That was a bit old but very relevant. Use it in addition to doc sites + wikis + generic anchor links. But that is not going to be a easy job, doing it for 100 posts.

I run my own SEO Business , Firstly you are asking to rank 100 posts if im correct which in my opinion is unrealistic and time consuming for your business/website. Focus on a smaller range of post firstly then work your way up each day. Have a target where you will on start optimising the next post/page once you have completed the current.. Build Backlinks on popular blogs(yes that's common sense) , however i cannot give away to much in this sense as i will be giving away my business strategy. If you are interested please let me know , i can help to a certain point.

1. 5 month isn't enough to built authority (it may be enough, if you go viral)
2. frequently add new content to your site , and as soon as you post them bookmark and post them in your FB and twtter
3. rather than ranking all 100 keywords, try to rank most profitable ones first.
4. make your own large web 2.0 networks, and regularly update them
