Hey Everyone. I have been sending out about 10-15 cold emails a day for a very legitimate service I offer online. I was wondering if there was a way to automate it to around 100 day without getting flagged as spam?

For reference I am currently using outlook.

Some years ago I wrote a simple script with auto mouse keyboard. you can find it cracked online.
On my desktop -- 2 windows. 1 for notepad with the email list. 1 for thunderbird (it's same as outlook)
Make the script focus on notepad, copy the first line, delete the line (use shift+end or shift+home to do it), focus to thunderbird, press Ctrl+N hotkey for new email, ctrl+v to paste the email into "recipient field". tab key a few times to paste your message in the right field. ctrl+enter to send, now pause 20 seconds so you don't do it too fast, then loop back to step 1.
Primitive, but hey it works, it's free, and it's fully automated. only down side is you can't use your computer in the meantime....unless you setup in a virtual machine.
Anyway i used a new gmail ([email protected]) to send several hundred cold emails per day. i guess they all hit the inbox. i got some leads, some hatemail, some not interested replies, some vacation auto responders.
Most important thing to know going in...good copy writing + follow up mails. Create a page for unsubscribe will cut down on hate mail and save your time on follow ups. As for spam, maybe someone else will chime in.

Take something like yesware and work with variables. Then it's easy to automate and send 50-100 mails a days.

Also most important: Follow Up! I've had numerous leads answer the 4th mail, but not the first and turn into customers.

First time hearing of yesware. Looks pretty cool. Are they cool with importing cold emails, or do they have to be opt-in?

For sake of the thread found free tool to track open rates on gmail https://mailtracker.hunter.io/
    Another cool script https://sites.google.com/site/scrip...racking-tool/track-if-emails-have-been-opened
Combine this with testing multiple subject lines to figure out the best one. Very useful indeed.

I usually use YAMM (Yet Another Mail Merge), pretty simple and straightforward.
Easy to set up, email templates, follow ups, open tracking...

Yesware was built for cold-emailing, so you should be fine. They also have open rates tracker included ;)

Are you doing cold emails with amazon ses? :)

What's your experience with them - don't they have a pretty strict policy (no spam)?

You can use a service like mailchimp and implement variables to make the emails more personal.

I send around 300-400 emails per week/2weeks, my open rate is around 60% and that is because I clean up my list every month and I provide usefull information on my emails.
I never spam with my cold emails, I send the first email using 7878 or the KISS technique and if they want they can opt in after that.
I have some great shares on email marketing, check out my threads.

Here are some tips for b2b cold emailing:
    Personalise the message
, make the prospect feel you've researched and contacted them as they would be a business with a need for your offering.
Research your target audience to ensure your message is reaching the appropriate businesses.
Avoid marketing and sales language, a blanket looking email will either be discarded by the prospect or picked up by spam filters to not reach them at all.
Use a fresh domain - if you use your current email that you use frequently for acquisition, your domain 'score' may not make it past spam filters.
Ensure you are compliant - privacy policy, unsubscribe link, store and process your data appropriately and check countries compliance you are reaching out to.

In order to send mass emails you need a smtp server. Install smtp on a vps and set your domain to point to your server , A , TXT , MX .. You need also to set RDNS because some servers rejecting emails without this.

Some motivation sending cold emails .. My real time statistic
