when i post new pic, and i buy some likes for that pic. that would help any way to reach top hashtags.? i already getting 1k likes organically

in my experience, buying like will get you to the top post, make sure your amount of like is higher than the current top post

It does. I just tried it two days ago and my post got into Top Post for some popular hashtags and that gave me around 500 followers.
I'm not gonna keep doing this though as I really want organic likes as well for each post. Just tried it out of curiosity.

Be careful with it. In the past I tried it on 2 accounts and since then it's an awful job to grow them and get decent engagement. Pretty sure those accounts got flagged or something.
