Here is a method I use with SEMRush's "SEO Content Template" tool to improve on-page SEO for existing pages.

First grab the top 30 keywords from Search Console. Sort by only your desired page, and export the queries to a Google Sheet. I usually do the highest clicks, followed by highest impressions if there aren't 30 with clicks. Make sure to take off queries that aren't super relevant to your page.

Next plug all 30 into the SEO Content Template tool. After a little bit of time it will give you a list of the top 10 results for each query.

Go to the "Real-time Content Check" tab, and copy and paste your article. It will give you a list of all the exact queries that don't exist on your page, as well as the most common non-keywords between the top 10 results for all 30 keywords.

Add as many as you can without sacrificing readability - and boom! It's that simple. You can kind of do this without the SEMRush tool, but it makes it so much faster.

How many days does it take for keyword to appear to search console? It's been 45 days since I started and I can't see any keywords yet.

Can you see any keywords? If not make sure your page is indexed. If you can see other keywords than you probably just aren't ranking in any position for the keyword you want. There shouldn't necessarily be any huge delay if your page is indexed and optimized, but if your site is pretty new there can be.

I was recently hit by URL INJECTION so all I can see is spam keywords. I removed the injected pages but these keywords and back links are a pain in the neck right now.
