Selling Unique Profitable Ecom Assets

I need a partner or two to join me in a quit a unique opportunity. As the title says, I have a kind of business related to dropshipping that is almost untouched with huge profit potential. Ideal partner will have fair understanding of E-commerce, Dropshipping and the overall process of building/acquiring and selling of Web assets.

I have 3 brands (5 domains) and 200+ products + supplier info and of course premium themes and plugins.
We will be creating the sites and selling them for a big profit margin over Flippa Empire-Flippers....ETC)

We need a strong server to host our assets + listing fees as well as finishing up bonuses and furthering our own sales funnel (more goodies, guides and upsells) PM with your thoughts and ideas and lets talk profits

Guys, we are selling unique ecommerce sites with big value to buyers. sites will be sold for hundreds of dollars while it cost us few dollars. This is a 6 figures business at scale. 1) What you bring to the JV

2) What you expect from your partner

3) How is the profit split

Are you creating fresh dropshipping websites or are you creating businesses and selling them off after some time? I assume the latter since you mention Empire Flippers.

Have you already done this and know it works or is this just an idea?

some good points you mentioned. Thanks for that. I honestly just posted what i have and what we need for such jv, % and such are to be negotiated based on level of commitment per partner. Yes, i am creating fresh dropshipping stores but later on, will grow some to be sold at empire flippers with Traffic and revenue.. Yes, i have sold assets before
