It all depends on how you setup your landing page, how many affiliates you have and how good they are and the quality of your book.
If you create a very good convert landing page, you will get affiliates to promote your book but keep in mind that if it's not a good quality book, you will get a lot of refunds for it.

You can create your own site and promote your ebook directly on your site.
It will make you lots of money and also get affiliate to promote it too.

Once your product is listed on CB you could search in google for websites about recipes. You could contact them and ask if they want to put it on their website in return for a commission when they make a sale.
