These days, sending domain reputation is more important than IP warm-up. As you already know, reputation can change rapidly due to cold mailing. Your requirement is too high; there will be no time for warm-up.

You'll push a totally new offer to unknown traffic and the IPs get blocked/blacklisted right after a few thousand emails are out.
