Stick with WordPress.
Move to a secure hosting Or hire a system admin level professional to setup your VPS/Cloud servers ideally on digitalocean or vultr.
Cloudflare free plan it does eliminate a lot of unwanted bot traffic so you can consider using it with https://wordpress.org/plugins/wp-cloudflare-page-cache/
Use: https://wordpress.org/plugins/query-monitor/
this will give you an idea of the plugins that are not being helpful.

Yes, I have an account at SpinupWP with some servers, works like a charm.
Reason I suggested Rocket for OP was because it seems like he is a noob at this and they would move and clean his clients sites for free included in the price. They are very noob friendly that way.

honestly there is no alternative of wordpress. Move to a hosting that provide Free Antimalware Services With hosting packages then your problem will solve and you can still using worpdress , you may use hostinger shared hosting, they provide free anti malware .

Here are some tips -
1. You should change hosting first of all if there are attacks that cannot be stopped.
2. DDOS attacks are the most common ones but if it's something even more complex you need an expert which you can get through bhw hire a freelancer section most probably.
3. Securi doesn't work at all it's bought by GoDaddy so it's pure shit on top of that it will block your real traffic in some cases. Also, don't change cms there is no alternative to WordPress atleast a better and more diverse one.
4. There are migration plugins so it should take whoever is your tech guy 5-10 minutes to transfer each site.
If you can tell more about what type of attack you are facing right now I can suggest you exact solution as well.
From what you have written it seems like it is either DDOS or some backdoor uploading type of attack where they try to create many pages.
One simple easy solution would be type 'your plugin or theme name' + vulnerability and then check if it matches with the type of attack you are facing. If it checks out just delete that and you are good to go.
Please note I am saying this after seeing the thread again - no specific plugin or service is going to stop it. You have to check in detail what is causing the issue or it will never end.

I won't recommend switching from WordPress unless you know what you are doing. WP itself offers a wide range of features that I sometimes do feel like I cheated my way into the web (thanks to Deleted member 752298)

buy a vps or dedicated server and write your own cms. you probably don't need the thousands or millions of functions they have. if you use chatgpt there's a good shot you can get it done in max a week without previous development knowledge.
