I know someone who used VPN and got blocked By paypal, same for adsense. Those guys are not dumb. So if you find a acc, make sure it's verified.

And lol, you have to resolve this by your self. No one will give you their ID.

that's okay, But i don't think people get interested in your offer, because of the risk factors with paypal
