Searching for beginner friendly affiliate program

Hi, I am a beginner in affiliate marketing. I want to start affiliate marketing. But many affiliate programs have their specific conditions for beginner like me, and some programs have country restrictions.
My traffic is organic; they mostly come from search engines'. Can anyone help me to join a good program as a publisher?

Start with Amazon affiliate marketing for organic traffic. Commissions are low though. For high commissions start with clickbank. You can even try both see what works for your traffic.

Why don't you start Amazon affiliate marketing if you have organic traffic?, If you are not familiar with Amazon affiliate marketing, you can learn many things from YouTube.

I am interested in clickbank and maxbounty but in my country both not accepted. I know many people are using those networks even they're in restricted country. But I don't know how.

Open a joint venture thread and work with someone who has those account and give them a cut of your earnings dont expect to do anything else for you (like promoting).
