My Blog is Based on Tech related i ahave posted some guest post and some are based on androids,tech content etc
Your best bet is to find yourself a low-competition keyword group and try to bring in people with those keywords. For blogs, a good thing to do is to make yourself some social networking accounts. My favorite 3 are Facebook, Twitter, and Tumblr. If you are good with code, then Tumblr would be great.
Do more than directory and bookmarking, those alone are not going to rank you.Than what i do for this give me some suggestion

The title of your article is going to determine what if any traffic you're going to get to that article. if its something rank-able, some bookmarks might be all you need to rank for that, and you'll start to get traffic to your articles. The more ranking articles, the more traffic. Syndicate some of them off to ezine, if they're well written, you might get a little traffic there too. Slowly you can probably start ranking your homepage BUT ONLY IF YOU HAVE YOUR KEYWORDS RESEARCHED. Just blasting with directory and bookmark submissions for god knows what terms is only going to get you sandboxed... if yoy're not there already.

First off,
1. What the keywords search vol? --> no point ranking total keywords vol less than 1k/mth even if you rank No.1
2. Are your site articles unique? --> already discussed trillion times and is proven, period.
3. Like above said, directory and bookmarking alone will not do any good. ---> Diversify the links from many sources
a) High PR Web2.0
b) High PR Doc Sharing sites
c) High PR Press release
d) Rss Feed submission
e) Video submission
f) High PR Article Directories
High quality is the key for the above mentioned linking sources. 5 - 10 submits on each of them will be just fine. Remember using these as tier 1 with unique articles.
4) Tier 2 can be dripped feeding daily but with caution with wiki, bookmarking, forum/social profile.
No secret in SEOing, just research on the keywords difficulty level and volume, and 80% of your job is done. Remember the 80/20 effect.
