Given in the picture search console is showing position 11 for particular keyword but in reality site is not ranking for that keyword on google. Why?

Ensure you use other non-chrome browser like Edge, turn on In Private mode, and search again. That will avoid the effect of personalized search by google. Then you may still get the different ranking from console due to the timing of measurement.

Hi dude, Search results fluctuate often, and the data in Google search console isn't live data. Google search console takes time for these changes to reflect in the reports. However it's an average position metrics in google console. To know more info search for the keyword "Understanding the metrics in google console" in google. check 1st search result.

search console is known for being a bit wonky - its not meant to be 100%, and of course serp results are always fluctuating

Just to make things clear:

Search Console Data as 100% accurate. It represents exactly what users have been shown at some point.

What it means is, your site has been shown to 74 person during that period, with an average position of 11 (and it's an average, so some people might see it 1st, other 25th etc etc...).

You can see also which countries it has been shown in (you will see that filtering on one country or another, average are very different)

My point is. Those results are exact but position is an average so it may not reflect what the user see. Filter down the results to understand where is your site.
