Scraping Subscribers from a competitor youtube channel?

Is there a way to scrape a youtube channel's subscribers or find a way to target those exact subscribers with advertising to come over to my own channel.

I have a niche beauty related channel that will likely blow up as the only other competitor is inactive for the specific audience i am targeting and the channel is almost identical to my target audience and has over 100K Subscribers and 3 million views.

it's been inactive for about 4 years now and the creator just called it quits, i've offered to buy it from him or run the channel for a 50/50 profit over facebook and email etc and he keeps telling me he's too busy to respond yet which is fair as he runs a few company's now etc.

I'd even be happy just knowing the core keywords the channel uses or the video tags etc.

Perhaps there's a way to scrape the youtube comments for the most active subscribers who commented a lot on the channel.

Any advice would be greatly appreciated and anyone interested in collabing on a beauty channel with me please reach out i'd really like a partner in crime that's actually savvy with affiliate marketing, social media and content creation <3

As far as i know, you cant. I mean there could be some ways to discover the usernames but its hard cuz they are anonymous just like likes.

OMG duh i didn't even think of tags i was so focused on literal subscribers and comment sections haha thankyou
