I have just purchased ScrapeBox and due to it being brought as a Xmas gift it was purchased via one of my parents Paypal address, now I emailed Customer Support asking firstly if it would be possible to have the emailed changed to my PayPal due to it being me who owns the license.
Secondly as I am getting a new PC which should arrive in about 7 days if I activate ScrapeBox on the PC I am currently using will I be able to transfer to my new desktop when it arrives and have still heard nothing.
Do they always take quite a while to reply to questions/support requests etc???
