If your afraid of auto posting create blog lists with SB organize by PR and MANUALLY post of on high PR URLS. This is the safest SB method by far.

Kind of ironic to say this considering the section, but you can easily use White Hat techniques with ScrapeBox. I find highly ranked wordpress blogs for niche's I work with, and manually comment in those blogs. My comments get accepted at a 96 percent rate. I'd rather get 10 PR6 plus blogs to link to me than blasting out to 10,000 not well ranked blogs and hope I get 20 percent acceptance. Yes 2,000 back-links is nice, but 10 PR6 plus... is a lot better IMHO.
