Why is everyone saying XRUMER can't be beat?
#1: The Support for XRUMER blows. Seriously. You gotta learn it on your own. The forums are pretty much dead and nobody helps each other. People just charge for help, and 99% of the time the person doesn't know wtf they're doing and charge you at a lawyers hourly rate.
#2: The learning curve is like learning Mandarin Chinese. People act like Xrumer can point and click and blast away. The reality is that 99% of decent forums use some type of hard-captcha + text input anti-spam. If Xrumer beats the captcha it will get stuck up on the question. You can teach xrumer to answer the question but it isn't a short process, once you get a hang of it you can add them easily. But it still takes countless hours of tweaking. You will probably build backlinks faster manually to high PR forums than when first trying to do it with Xrumer.
#3: Add-Ons are expensive. Exclusive access to mods are like over $1000 for even the shittiest mods. There was a backlink pinging mod that a guy was charging $800 for. Ridiculous.
#4: False Promises. We've been waiting on a full Xrumer 7 for for what seems like years. Last April they said Xrumer was 99.5% finished. Does it really take a year to finish that last .5%? Seems like the creators or lazy as fuck. The creator of Scrapebox banged out add-ons so fast, and has been developing Scrapeboard at a rapid pace.
I hope Scrapeboard will implement an Auto-Captcha service like Xrumer and with a great community like Scrapebox, and self learning features and support that won't give you migraines. Then I will make the switch.

Good points. Support is non existent. Why? Well, the owner is freaking loaded and I'm guessing he is too busy macking broads (automatically) with his cash. I mean, if you were that loaded, and lived in Russia, what would YOU do? Hmm... help a bunch of newbs to post on forums or do a young big breasted russian model? Sure, at first there was support when it wasn't so successful, hell, back in the old days you could even request a captcha type that Xrumer didn't support and they would program it for you. Nowadays you have no chance. There is definitely 'favoritism' (to put it lightly) in favor of russians over westerners. I actually read a russian forum on which Botmaster offered a total of $30,000 prizes to people who wrote the best Xrumer articles. None of the articles were really that helpful to my purposes but they didn't suck. The top prize was $3,000. Also the problem of support is that Botmaster can't really hire anyone to offer proper support as that means he has to disclose a lot of workings of the program to others.
Xrumer has a lot of weaknesses, that's true. I think maybe the program should slow down and get a bit more accuracy and customization ability rather than just ripping through lists, constant bugs and false reporting all the time. I'm not claiming to be a master in Xrumer but I can hold my own, I know what works and what doesn't. And when I point out a blatant error to xrumer support they just deny it and say there is no error. When you already have millions who cares about releasing the latest version or helping people. I think Sweetfunny COULD eventually beat Xrumer but it would require a stellar effort. Tirelessly going through thousands of forums and noting the unique protections they have and supporting them without need for customization. Offering proper support. Even if that means hiring others for it. Getting better success rates on raw scrapes.
Nonetheless I thank Xrumer team for giving a small guy a chance to achieve something. Its reputation as a dark, cockroach infested viagra pr0n spammer from russian dungeons is not entirely true. Personally, I just use it to perform tasks that it would be impossible to do manually. I use it in a completely white hat way. For example, look at how effective Scrapebox comment spam is nowadays. With a lower price tag, profile links will go that way too if / when Scrapeboard comes out with OCR. At least the higher price tag of Xrumer kept a lot of idiots out. (But no means all).
One piece of advice I would give on Xrumer is that most "gurus" are freaking snake oil salesmen. As stated quite rightly above, these idiots charge lawyers fees to naive newbies and it really should be stopped. The reason why the russians are so much better is because they actually share with eachother.

Hell ya. Will be a good soft.. Only problem is, they keep the learning mode
closed. No learning mode, no chance to tweak this soft to the max.

What is the point of this thread? Without a doubt, this is the dopiest thread EVER. If you want Scrapeboard, here's a idea--- BUY IT.
Don't rag on something that you don't even have. If SweetFunny thinks he can make a tool that will be on par with XRumer, more power to him. Considering Scrapebox is considered by many to be on of the best tools made for the money, I wouldn't bet against him when it comes to ScrapeBoard. Just sayin.

Wrong. More than 14,000 people have have purchased the international version of xrumer and quite a few own the Russian version also.

What are you talking about? It IS out. Been out for weeks. I bought my copy yesterday. $97.
It's still a little buggy, but I'm sure it will all get worked out by SweetFunny.

I have to ask what is the plan for the catphas is it always going to use an external source or have you got plans to program it to solve them for you, don't mean to be rude but I am curious, I am just trying to think logically, if I had to keep paying to use external sources then it could get rather expensive.
