I have a marketing company and was approached by someone who requested adult SEO. We don't do such thing but took on the client and interacted with @Renfield-Files who promised to deliver what our client needed.
He agreed to perform adult SEO services for $250 ($972.46 BRL since he is based in Brazil), which is documented via our entire interaction on BHW PM. I paid on NOVEMBER 9, 2019!
He said by December 16th or 17th if he doesn't rank, I will have a full refund. (well-documented via email interaction).
After that deadline for 2 weeks, I have sent out several emails, none of which he responded to. He said he was going to send me updates every week but after almost 3 weeks, there was no communication. Then I filed a PayPal dispute. All of a sudden he reappeared. Promised to deliver by early to mid-January if I remove my dispute. I agreed.
Early to Mid-January came and he stated that my client's site was ranking for 4-5 high profile keywords on top of Google (and then he give me 2 keywords). No proof was submitted and Google did not turn up with any results in TOP 100 for either 2 keywords (never mind, he said 4-5 keywords but not that it really matters). I had GA implemented which was showing basically 0 referral traffic from Google.
He then asked for another week or two patience. I gave him and kept on complying with all kinds of requests throughout. But results remained 0.
He then told me he will give me a full refund but asked for patience until end of month as he "collects debts" between 29th of January to 3rd of February.
Then again, no followup, he disappeared and now not responding to my emails either. I have full proof for all this conversation and the infinite loop he has been dragging through since November. ENOUGH!
Thank you for assisting me with this nightmare. Happy to send you the file with our conversation as proof but would not want to attach it in the public as it has a lot of sensitive information (login...etc.) shared but happy to send it to mods in PM.
