Scammed by Polwest for $300

Hello team/community,

this story is almost over 3 weeks old and I can't believe I was so blind and naive to fall for it.
I got inspired by some threads (@polwest had some of them) here on the forum regarding youtube and the opportunities to make money there. I ended up buying an account from @polwest for 300 dollars (btw that's not the amount he stated in the first post of the thread) for a 2008 monetized account.
I paid the amount via Paypal (family and friends option - that's what he demanded).

What I got was an account from 2010 but since monetization was enabled, I was happy.

I left the account alone for some days because I tested uploading specific videos on my personal accounts. Then I tried to login again and recognized the password was changed 23hrs ago and the recovery email was not the one he gave me (besides that I never received a password for the recovery email - warning sign I ignored).
FYI I didn't change the credentials of the account because I thought that wasn't necessary (except these would be in fact cracked accounts). I was blind and naive, yes.

He replied via Skype that he would send me another account but then.. nothing happened. after several days I reminded him again and he had another excuse why he couldn't send me the new account. I was patient and then finally he gave me the credentials.
I changed the password and thought everything was fine but I was wrong. Youtube notified me the same day(!) that the account was no longer monetized.
The conversation wasn't friendly afterwards.

End of story: I don't know what to expect now. I would love to get my $300 back since this is a lot of money.
But if my story can at least be a warning for all those people (like me) who want to buy an account from him, I'd be happy, too.

Sadly I had the unfortunate idea to get a monetized Youtube account from the same seller as @Paukerin (I'm sorry for u girl, BHW has always been a good place to make good deals for me)
He tried to charge me $220 for one monetized account, but after my refusal to get it for that price he decreased to $140 for the account.
I received the account quickly after making the payment via Paypal as friend (as requested by the seller).
I updated the account login details and took a look at the advanced settings.
Everything was regular, channel monetized and it had 3 or 4 videos already uploaded. I even wrote a positive review here at BHW on the seller's selling thread.
Unfortunately, I soon realized that I wasn't able to obtain an adsense account as when I tried to create one from the channel monetization settings, I was getting a "Double account creation" warning (on my thread, I've been told that once you get that warning, you can consider that channel is lost: https://www.blackhatworld.com/seo/monetized-youtube-channel-adsense-account.1105854/) .
Asked the seller for support, but didn't get any reply.
After just a few weeks from buying the channel, I got an email from Google, warning that the account had been disabled for supposed policy violations (I never used it yet) lol
I managed to get the account activated again, by keeping in touch with Google support.
No end to surprises, about ten days later, I received an email from Youtube, saying that the channel had been demonetized. I didn't even have the time to upload any of my content yet.
Tried to ask for support from the seller. Guess what? Radio silence

It’s been over a week. @polwest was active recently, posting complaints in another shitlist thread but obviously didn’t find the time to respond here. What is next?

I bought a monetized youtube account I got from him a couple of months ago, it was demonetized out of nowhere, and password was changed to the youtube and gmail account.
Also the recovery email. I still have videos up on that account just can't log in, and the avatar is greyed out with a slash through it. whatever that means.
I just said fuck it and took the loss. 300* bucks.

He's aware of this as he was on here after the SL was made live. If he's not been back by the end of the week to resolve this, then he will be gone for good.

actually, i m not going to claim here, just share it when i saw this post i feel my pain, because of its $200 dollars, not easy to earn.
