Summary
For the review, @polwest provided me with an account he advertises in his OP here.

Service Highlights​

• The account was set up for monetization right from the get go.
• I was able to add a video right away and add monetization in.

What Could Use Improvement​

Having a few videos in there would be nice.

Additional Information​

You'll need to pay via Friends and Family and that is not something that is common place in a BST. Be sure that you are comfortable buying using that particular payment method as it indicates in the OP that is how payment is accepted.

1. Are those accounts come with adsense account?
2.since you didn't provide any info about subs and etc, how many subs and watchtime do those account have?

Yes these accounts are linked with an adsense and you can link your adsense without problem.

The channel have no views / subs. Thanks.

Since there is new rule in youtube do you refund when youtube see that there is no subs and views and monetization be disabled? i think they can catch you with this with there system easily

Youtube already fixed the problem bro, this is not a problem since the accounts are still monetized.

BIG UPDATE : THE ACCOUNTS ARE NOW DELIVERED WITH 1K SUBSCRIBERS AND 4K WATCH TIME FOR THE SAME PRICE 140$ !!!
