I posted a job for SEO and this guy approaches through PM.
1. We agreed that there should be some deliverables that would substantiate the ROI.
2. 1st Month Paid $500, one project had some google dance, second had nothing.
3. 2nd month again Paid $500 ~ This SEO Expert vanishes, after making all the big promises etc. etc....Only thing he didn't promised was, he will purchase google for me ~ No reply whatsoever over skype.
