Scammed by BulkFollows for $155

For the past few months i had been looking for someone who can do IG Mentions for cheap and then i found the post below who were offering it the cheapest. i decided to make a payment off $155 to get 100k mentions, instead of doing the whole 100k at once i split them up in 20k's using my own scrapped users to be used on the mentions.

After Submitting the 5 batches 4 got cancelled and one completed. i didn't login to the IG account to check so i submitted the 4 batches again which went through to processing this time. After they all were completed i logged onto the account to see what was done just to notice that i had a lot of messages from people saying they were tagged x10 from 10 different profiles. i thought it might have bee a one of but went through the message and even nearly all the posts and noticed it wasn't a one of instead they were doing this on purpose.

To also make the post count go on they were posting just comments hoping that i wouldn't notice but i did notice which can be seen from the screenshot attached. After noticing this i contacted the support team to let them know how they tried to rip me off and asked them to refund my money back which they don't seem want to do. Scammers need to be banned from the site and these guys are one of those. acceptable behaviour from people we trust our hard earned money with.

All the above has been met and all i want these scammers to do is return my money thats not to much to ask from them after they were the ones who ripped me of if they had provided the service they were meant to would of been ok but they just seem to be out there to scam people off. I have now attached the chat logs from their ticket i raised and also skype, they seem to believe admin would be on their side even after seeing the proof. i will leave it to the admins of this site to decide what to do, i have purchased many times from different people but this is on another level.

example of a user who messaged. imagine a user contacting you to say they have been tagged in 17 comments in 20 seconds i repeat myself again ripping people of for their hard earned money is not acceptable in anyway and i do really hope admins ban all these scammers for good . how many other users have you ripped off and how many other users have been tagged in 17 post or more.

Sorry for all of this trouble. I will try to clear everything’s from my side.

1. I am not scammer. Mods please tell him to stop calling me scammer.
2. He order 100k mention but we did 125k+ mention with duplicate of course. Becoz sometime Instagram delete some of our mention from post.
3. I was agreed to refund him 20% as client wasn’t happy with our services.
4. Client order 20k mention 18 aguest and it was delivered. It’s mean client checked that his services delivered. He was happy and again he ordered 4 duplicate order at same time and we canceled all this 4 as we don’t allowed duplicate at same time.

Again he ordered 21st aguest 3 time but different time and all was delivered. After delivered all his order.

He received his services, saw benefit, advertise of his product or services made and now he asked for refund ?

From his 1st message he trying to threat me about shitlist or dispute ( you can check screenshot he posted above ) , instead of fix the the problem. He can request for re deliver or remove duplicate and add again but he didn’t. His intention was to get his money back after service delivered

5. I am not saying that there is no duplicate. I am saying that we tagged those people too that we got list from client but we tagged same username multiple time as well, as it was manual delivering services. That’s why it was 25k extra.



My question :

when a customer or client order a service or product multiple time ?
If I am a client, of course i will check services I received . If I am happy I will try them, if not I will complain.

But this client deposited 155$, fully used his all credit, order delivered fully. Than he complain he didn’t received services what he requested ?

Is this acceptable ?

I don’t have problem to refund him money, it’s not big amount. But I hop mods can understand what I mean to say.


If mods think I must refund him, I will refund him immediately without saying a word.

While looking at this report, I decided to check out the Terms of Service page and also Refund page - both of which are missing

My thoughts are the buyer claims the seller didn't deliver a satisfactory service, however as their pages are both 404'd buyers are not able to check for themselves, nor are we able to support any defence here.

@Bulkfollows you must repopulate those pages, to be able to support any case / counterclaim against you as a seller. Buyers need to be aware of refund policies etc. This applies especially as you are linking to these pages from your BST.

I agreed to refund in case mods want me to refund after check this issue. If you think I am wrong after read my last reply, I will refund.

But please understand the problem and situation and what we provided. After check everything’s you can decide what I need to do.

Client threaten me from the 1st time that he will open shitlist. So, it’s not that I want to refund becoz he open shitlist, it’s becoz if you think he deserve full refund or partial refund or what ever.


I am still saying that we delivered what client ordered to us. The duplicate we provided those are extra. From my side, I don’t see any reason to refund him. That’s why I want mod decide what I need to do.

If your T&CS and refund policy were previously visible, it could be different but as I said above your pages were missing at the time and what is there now, I seriously doubt are legal T&Cs ( but that is a different matter ).

Your sales thread mentions these 2 points;

"In authenticity no-one can beat us "- What you delivered didn't seem authentic.

"before you claim for a refund wait at least 48 hours". - The buyer did this.


I don't for one minute agree you are a scammer, this just seems to be a break down in communication between a seller and an unhappy buyer.

You've already offered the refund in your previous reply "I don’t have problem to refund him money," so do the correct thing, then you can close the buyers account.
