If it was somebody else's personal account that received over 20k likes maybe that was a hot girl? From your username I understand that you're a male so if a person was subscribed to a hot chick and then suddenly she transforms into a man then of course you're less likely to receive that number of likes, I would get pissed as well. If you're submitting a Paypal charge then I'd advice you to word it very wisely.

PayPal said there is no buyers protection at virtual items, i made a dissent, but they refused it again, i wrote again, but they said they can't do anything at virtual items :/ now i have no chance to get my money from paypal, and seller don't answer me, she blocked me

It is clear in Paypal's TOS that they cannot protect buyers when they purchase virtual goods so I knew right then that they can not help you with your case. Sorry you got scammed, buddy. Unfortunately, this is very common on the Internet.

Just tell Paypal that you didn't receive shipping tracking info for the disc the "software" was on. Just tell them you were under the impression that you were purchasing marketing software and the seller failed to deliver. You'll win it guaranteed.

I think at this point you would be better off selling the account to make up for some of your lost money. If interested I have a few accounts for sale.
do a cc chargeback that always works. I had 2 old cases where paypal said : - no money to be recovered and another one were I just did a chargeback. Got my money and still have the same old account. Your bank will more than likely always side with you if you word it wisely and have not done that 100 times already.. good luck
