It is not necessarily a scam, but lets put it this way: They have no responsibility, they can't guarantee anything..therefore I think its not legit at all

Yes, they can write PR articles about you and buy press releases etc.
Yes, they can submit your account to agencies or IG

BUT

They can't guarantee you will get verified. It is entirely up to Instagram.

This is basically like the same shit "I will rank you for Google in xx days", yes they can build links and write articles, but its up to Google/their Algo if they actually rank the websites.

It's seen as a form of reputation. Some sellers hack older verified accounts with feeble engagement & rebrand it to scam people.

I kindly disagree, as there are many ways to get an Instagram account verified and make it 100% guaranteed (on the first attempt). It won't be cheap though, but it's possible.

Anyway, the website OP has listed, is most likely a scam. As, other members pointed out that they are accepting payments via Crypto & PayPal (but only through Friends & Family, hahah).
Not even going to start talking about the price of the service...
