1. Create one main gmail account and several "redirect accounts" (email accounts with another name). Use the redirect accounts to, well.. redirect mails to your main account. On the accounts you use to redirect, type the main account in the "redirect to" option. You can put the redirect email addresses in your bios, so they will all be different.
2. Create a mail.com or gmx.com account. You can create a bunch of aliases on those. All messages send to those aliases will end up on the same account. You can put the different aliases in your bios.

I don't think OP is talking about the emails currently listed on the IG accounts. I think OP is talking about having an email in the bio like "email me at [email protected] for promos". If this is the case, you should be completely fine having multiple emails in the same bio, I would only suggest changing the other text in the name/bio as to not match any other accounts.
