safest bot for instagram?

So -- been around for a minute (not that long), but enough to see the rise and fall of too many web-based bots. We had instagress (web-based) and we had massplanner (not web-based) of which some people can still, fortunately, use. Now, we have the newest ones including jarvee --but we also have ground up code / non-web-based options. My question is: Out of all the services out there web-based (e.g. jarvee) or not web-based (e.g. instabt pyhon) which is the safest (granted that the usage is smart and risk-averse)?
