Running multiple accounts on same project?

Hi guys! I apologize if this question is already answered on another thread, but I couldn't find it.

Do you run multiple accounts on the same project? Do you use different proxies for each account?

I've been running 4 accounts with very safe settings for slow growth over the past year, but all on separate projects because FL stopped working when I had them all on one project. I couldn't figure out what the problem was and support didn't know either, so I started running each account on its own project and it worked again. I was thinking it was due to too many blacklisted users, but I'm not sure.

I hate having to manually switch functions and projects and was wondering if anyone has run into this issue/what you did to solve it?

Thank you!!! New to proxies, should I get an Instagram proxy or Private proxy? Do you recommend any reliable ones?

Instagram proxy from SSLPrivateProxy are the best proxies, although the most expensive.

Thank you very much!!! Was debating on that one. Purchased earlier and am setting up now.
Do you know if it matters that the IPs are in different cities than the cities my accts were created in? My accts are mostly locally targeted so I'm not sure.
Also, can I still use my phone to manually post photos on the accts if FL is running on those IPs 24/7?
