Unless you're selling something, I would recommend Pinterest ads. The ads are expensive and they also send bots sometimes. At least from my short experience.

• If you want maximum traffic and clicks for less cost → Spain is the best starting point.
• If you want quality leads and stronger purchasing power but still somewhat affordable → France or Canada.
• If budget isn’t an issue and you want the highest-value traffic → United States.
