run facebook ads with Vpn

In this forum, I see people mention Proxy, IP. But it's not really important, because FB knows everything. I even created thousands of accounts every day,

I am from China too. And I don't use instagram but facebook. My first facebook account with my real ID information got banned within minutes, at that time I didn't know much about swtiching IP. When my second facebook with fake ID information could have survived for 6 months that it finally got banned 5 days ago. I've been reading a lot about how to manage FB account in China but very tough to start for a new account. I am planning to start oversea business on FB as SOHO and seeking the best way to manage just one account. So, I want to know some suggestions from you. Thanks!
