Try putting a bit of static content on the page above/below the RSS. Put the keyword in an <h1> tag, and have the keyword in a bit of text. Also take advantage of the title tags and description meta tags.
Yes, it will index it, however, once it runs the site and redflags it for lack of content, it will be sandboxed, if not moderator reviewed and banned.
The rss feed bots are VERY strong listers with the search engines because just like sitemap bots, they were designed to follow the content in the links itself.
Your problem will come with the redflags caused by natural search association not revealing onsite content that matches your keyword in relevancy...which will hang you out to dry with the engines.
