Road To My Own Company

This won't be a blackhat journey, sorry peeps . This one will be a personal one, for my own good, to achieve my life long dream and that is opening and owning my own Digital Marketing Company. Ever since I entered high school, started doing shitty jobs I knew for myself I wouldn't be able to work 8 hours a day for some idiot that only looks at his employees as trash. I would rather work 10-18 hours a day for myself or my own company, which I've proven to myself when I've started freelancing and doing Internet Marketing, well SEO mostly XD.

4 years have passed and I've learned A LOT, finished college, got a degree, got a 8 to 4 job and still I've felt like I won't improve with it. I did SEO, but it was mostly writing reports, I thought to myself SCREW THAT! I Wanna do more! I cannot be stuck here in this one place and never improve myself.

I've started getting clients by myself and saw a great opportunity since I live in Croatia. It's cheap to live here if get paid in DORRAS! One million billion Dorras is fine to live a normal life here. Jokes aside, but yeah you get the point. I've gained a lot of connections and met few people here that opened companies and will help me to open my own company. I'm not an expert in taxes and stuff like that XD.

I'm 24 years old and I think I'm more than capable of doing this. I did manage few teams of VA's for few clients so I don't have a problem with that. I have sales skills and I know how to get more clients. The only problem is I'm from Croatia and a lot of USA,UK,AUS and CA clients don't trust foreigners, but I will give it my best to impress them .

My end goal is to get more clients by the end of February, then in March I will open my new company.

My weapons of choice will be:
-Scrapebox for getting email leads
-Skype number for cold calling and/or any other calling
-GSA(yep, it works!)
-Semrush
-Ahrefs
-VPS
-Facebook(ads and groups)
-LinkedIn
-Instagram
-Google Adwords
-Common Sense and GoodWill

For now I have:
-1 High paying client
-1 Niche related website in the same niche as clients
-My own branded website with SEO,SMM,SEM etc. Services

What I need by the end of February:
-At least 4 more Medium to High paying Clients to save enough for upfront 6 months for the expenses of the company. I love to be secured with that stuff upfront.

I will post results randomly, daily, weekly, will post motivational stuff or stuff that motivates me, maybe it will help you too. I'm always open to suggestions, questions and everything you write. I will also answer questions you have regarding this topic or tools etc.

This! I recently started my own site business for this exact reason. Granted, I'm probably way behind where you are (I'm just getting my feet wet and don't have any clients) but I enjoy what I do every day.

Hello Everyone! A Bad Update Will Be Written And A Lesson Learned

So I promised I will be updating this thread. Well here is an update. I didn't manage to get anything done because of "personal stuff" that I won't bother you with.

It made me lose a lot of time and no work got done till today kek!

OK! But back on tracks and let's see where did I stop. I wanted to create Shopify site but thank god for my girlfriend for stopping me from doing it. Why?
Well because I have a what I call "minus" in my head. I get a lot of ideas in a short period of time and it breaks my concentration, well the biggest problem is I have my Skype and Facebook open when I work(yea, I know a big mistake!). So I stopped doing that Shopify even though I think the niche would be good, but like I said she stopped me and I'm kindda thankful because I can spend that budget on my actual business. Well, that is what I want to make, a digital agency and get shit done!

This my lesson and also it's really good to have someone by your side to support you even though you are an idiot like meh .

OK, what I've done:

-Managed to get one client that needs On-Page optimization for two landing pages. He paid me 200 bucks for both since I gave him a discount. Why so cheap? Even though it will be detailed as f***? Well, he is in two great SEO groups on Facebook, there are a lot of people that outsource boring stuff and maybe some clients they don't have time to handle. He will write a great review about my service, that's why the discount . If get more clients from it, that would be wonderful, since I can charge 100$ for a simple report and for detailed around 200-300$, yep huge discount, but I will live with it. Need more clients not money right now. Satisfied clients, that is!

-Managed to get once client that needs keyword research. This one was charged for 200$ and it should've been simple with just longtail keyword extraction but it ended with a little bit complex keyword finding. Also don't really care since I got more work from that client for higher prices. 300$-500$ and will be given a good review on one great SEO group on FB.

-Managed to write one simple tutorial and I figured something out. While I'm writing this journey I'm actually learning how to write better. I don't like writing, BUT! When I get inspiration and some good ideas I can actually write some good content in no time. That will help mi with my blog on my website and it could potentially bring me some new clients for services like GSA Blasts, PBN creations, Guest posting etc. Which I will also provide. I know a lot about SEO and I'm proud of it, that is why I can write some tutorials about it without revealing "too much" if you know what I mean KEK!

-I actually got myself a little notepad, like a physical one, pen and paper. I never used it before but right now it will probably save my arsh. I could write notes on my mobile phone, but why is that a bad idea? Well... I would easily get distracted by other apps, on my notes, there are no distractions and it's pocket sized so I can carry it with me.

-Learned how to scrape emails with Scrapebox

What will I do:

-Send a lot of cold emails to future prospects and make free video audits of their websites. I can make them pretty fast with every info needed in them.

-Start cold calling or if possible find someone to do that for me. If you Black Hatters have someone to recommend just let me know. The biggest problem will be I can pay with a % at the beginning and later on I will gladly pay per hour or a monthly payment. But if you are interested in this or have someone that needs a job and it's good with cold calling just PM me. I have scripts and everything needed. I know cold calling is probably the best to get clients, buuuuut I hate it sooo much, always did hate calling random people on the phone XD. But you have to beat your fears and get done with it to achieve something. F* IT!

-Have to make one good Tutorial that will have at least 2k words or more in it.

-Have to make small changes on the main website and figure out some pricings for my "Fixed price" services

-Get more clients ofc!

Target:

-Get 5 clients by March, recurring ones.

From Cold Emailing and Facebook Groups, but SEO groups, will try to get into my niche groups and test something with dummy accounts

Don't worry I lost my high paying client, I mean he isn't answering at all hahaha, but I don't care, will get others, that is why I go for small ones, but at least minium of 5 of them for now
