Omg I love Rib-eyes.

I have 5 of them marinating with my special seasoning along with a little Dale's Steak Sauce. We eatin Large Tonight!

Gotta get my shrimp ready too. I will be putting those on the grill covered in a foil wrap with some butter and garlic sauce homemade :)

Nice; rib-eyes are my favorite steak. My faimly lives on a small cattle farm so half the year we have a large freezer full of beef to clot our arteries with to our heart's content.

Yes, at most medium rare, but definately redish pinkin the center for the most tender texture. The dale's is good for making them tender and I used Steakhouse seasoning on them too. These are going to be good!

I love rib eyes just on their own. A little bit of salt pepper, grill 4 minutes on each side... mmmmm.

What do you all suggest as a good side dish for these steaks? I was thinking baked taters, but those are starting get old if you know what I mean.

lol, internetz! You can always kill a cat or something and pretend it's steak. Survival is the key!:D

Hit up some garlic mashed potatoes as a side....Man.. now I'm hungry.

Ok, I made the decision to make Garlic taters on the grill with a little cheese spinkled on top and A Caesar salad on the side. Also going to make some texas butter toast for bread :)

man i will like to talk to you if we can work together have some deals Pm me

rib eye + Caesar salad leaves, blue cheese dressing smoked bacon. char edges of inner leaves on bbq. serve.

this thread is useless without pics ;] rib eyes kick ass

Next time you grill those rib eyes, coat some asparagus with olive oil and grill them along side and you will not have a better meal.

Also in marinades consider using acids: wine, port etc to add more tenderness

Am I the only one that likes Montreal Steak Seasoning? And I have to say, chuck eyes are really tasty for the price. It's like a poor man's rib eye... really tender.

I always marinate steaks in zesty italian dressing from walmart with a dab of soy sauce. Then when I grill I grind some pepper and paprica. Trowing it on a superhot grill so the sides would glaze the juices in...I like them pink in the middle but no blood drippin'

DAMMIT I got hungry now...
