Review snippet GSC

Hello all,

I have some questions regarding product reviews, hopefully, someone of you had the same issue and would be able to help me.

Let's start from the begging. So we are manufacturers of home fragrances. With this particular domain, we work in the Lithuanian market. We have 19 different scents and 500 products (with the same scents).
The thing is, that we don't let people leave a review for every different product, we let them leave a review for a scent and then show those reviews on every product which contains that scent.

The problem I'm trying to solve is that not every product on SERP shows the rating of our products, even though every product has it.





I checked those URL's in GSC and the strange thing is that the first URL has 1 critical issue (regarding reviews) and the second has only 1 not critical issue. But it's related to the author, not the rating.

Maybe some of you have an idea of where should I look? Or should I start to fix those issues first, even though it is not critical? Thank you guys!

The code is all messed up. You are setting reviews like 3 times per product.



And some double products per single page, which makes things even more messy



You are lucky that you are displaying the ratings at least once in some products

Sort out your code first.
